We are a luxury brand on the outside, but a technology company on the inside, building the world’s first luxury-as-a-service. Operating as a two sided ‘ride-hailing’ marketplace, our platform connects customers in the premium and luxury consumer and business segments with more than 3,000 chauffeur partners in London, Paris, Dubai and beyond.
How we work
Our team is our greatest asset, with more than 40% working in product and engineering roles. Both of our founders come from technical backgrounds, ensuring that innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
We are also unapologetically design-centric. It’s not about A/B testing one hundred shades of blue, but crafting the perfect shade. Our commitment to design excellence ensures a seamless and elegant experience for our customers.
Our privacy-first approach ensures that where people travel, and who they travel with, is at their discretion. We have refused government requests to hand over journey data and are currently developing bespoke technology to protect our clients’ movements beyond even our own reach.
Our product: ride-hailing meets luxury
Our customers can instantly book a chauffeur through our app for immediate dispatch. Our airport pickup service is designed for ease, featuring automatic flight tracking to ensure that a Wheely chauffeur is always there at the right time and place, waiting at the correct arrivals gate to welcome passengers. We also offer an exclusive concierge service for our most loyal customers, where our chauffeurs assist with personal errands.

Backed by leading global investors, Wheely is poised for the next phase of our journey. Over the next 5-10 years, we plan to offer a full portfolio of luxury services and expand into more international cities, building on our success in London, Paris, and Dubai.
