I have been waiting for the passenger for a while, what should I do?
After 20 mins of waiting a chat will open between you and the passenger, where you can check in with them directly. For example, you can send the following message:

“Good morning (name), I am your Wheely chauffeur. May I check if you would like me to continue waiting for you?”
If there is no answer from the passenger, after 45 mins from the reservation time, please contact Customer Service who will advise you of the next steps.
What if I am at the airport?
After 45 mins of waiting a chat will open between you and the passenger, where you can check in with them directly and send the same message as above:

“Good morning (name), I am your Wheely chauffeur. May I check if you would like me to continue waiting for you?”
However, please wait another 45 minutes (90 mins total) before contacting the Customer Service team.
